At Parrish Healthcare, we are committed to making your visit as affordable and stress-free as possible. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about office policies, billing, charges and insurance coverage so you can better understand your options and know what to expect before your appointment.
We participate in a variety of managed care programs, including those listed below, and accept the following forms of payment:
Please verify that our physician(s) participate in your insurance plan before scheduling an appointment. If you are unsure about your coverage, our team is happy to assist you. As a courtesy, we can file claims directly with your insurance provider and/or Medicare for services related to your visit. Patients are responsible for any remaining balances not covered by insurance. You may also choose to self-pay for visits, tests and related services instead of filing through insurance.
To help us serve you efficiently, we ask that new patients arrive 15–30 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary paperwork, verify insurance or self-pay information and address any questions related to your visit. Arriving early helps ensure your appointment time is focused on your care rather than administrative details.
