
Jess Parrish Medical Foundation supports aspiring healthcare professionals reach their goals by making health education more accessible.
Jess Parrish Medical Foundation (JPMF) medical scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors who reside in the Parrish Medical Center service area (SR 528 north to the Brevard/Volusia county line). Any student in need of financial assistance with an unweighted grade point average of 3.0 or greater, based on a 4.0 scale, and who is seeking a career in a medical or healthcare field related to human health will be considered.
Those awarded JPMF scholarships in previous years may reapply each year if they are continuing in the human health/medical field and maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average. Strong consideration is given to applicants intending to return to North Brevard County to pursue their careers upon graduation.
Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in the human health/medical field are also eligible to apply. Students who have been awarded a JPMF scholarship in previous years may reapply provided they are continuing in a medical/healthcare field and have maintained at least a 3.0 grade point average. Graduate students are not eligible.
Application submission deadline will be announced in December 2023 for scholarships to be awarded in 2024.
