    I like the fact that they take their time to explain things to you using words that you can understand and not using large terminology. I like the fact that they don't push cane medication. I like the fact that they give you different options.

    I've been a patient of Dr. Go's for several years now. I can tell you that he and his staff are always professional, always courteous, always very nice, and treat me very, very well. I really appreciate the service that I receive from him and his staff. Thank you very much.

    I really do like Dr. Go and when your visit is finished, you're given a printout of the visit. The one thing that annoys me is that printout still considers me as obese even though I went from 212 down to 169. Working so hard at losing weight then still being considered "obese" is depressing! That should change! Make the patient feel good about what they've accomplished!

    I never call to make an appointment because your calling system takes 48 to three days to get a hold of my doctor. So I'd rather just go in. I get better care that way when I go in and make an appointment or the staff there answers my questions. Your phone service stinks. Anyways, get something better or have it directly phone in to where my doctor is at.
