    I think Dr. Holmes is amazing. I think that he is genuinely concerned about my health and I wouldn't imagine going to anybody else.

    My husband and I saw Dr. Bucolo and as we entered the reception area, it was a little bit crowded with other patients. The manager came out and she took us into a private room where she took care of us and then we returned to the area to sit. She was very friendly and we enjoyed visiting her. Our visit with Dr. Bucolo is always very good. He's an amazing doctor. His nursing staff is excellent.

    Every time I try to call the office to make an appointment, I get rerouted through the hospital switchboard and it's kind of infuriating.

    The call center that we switched to is the most difficult thing to get to a doctor or to a doctor's office I've ever had to do in my life. And also at the Port St. John location, I think it would help if the ladies at the front desk were a little bit friendlier. I avoid them as much as I can.
