commonly provide services in our facilities. Fees for the services of
your physician, surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, emergency department
physicians and pathologists will not be included in your hospital bill.
These specially trained physicians are independently contracted by the
hospital to provide specialty services.
You may receive separate statements from the following physician groups,
which may or may not participate with your insurer or health maintenance
organization. Contact the health care practitioners anticipated to provide
services to you while in the hospital regarding a personalized estimate,
billing practices, and participation with your insurance provider as the
practitioners may not participate with the same health insurers as the hospital.
