COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic - Book Your Appointment Here

Parrish Healthcare is now offering community vaccinations to the public. To make an appointment visit our online registration system (click here). All appointments currently available are for either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

To receive a third dose of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, a physician's note and pre-registration are required.

Nomi Health is now offering a Brevard County COVID-19 testing site in the Parrish Medical Center south parking lot located at 921 N. Washington Ave, Titusville, FL. To pre-register for an appointment for the COVID-19 test, please click the button below.
