The only thing that I've seen that needs to be improved is the doctor, which is a, not even a physician, but anyway, they need to spend more time with the patient.

On my two visits to the center both yesterday and today, every person that I encountered seemed genuinely interested in helping me and we even exchanged conversations about things that we like, things that we don't like and so they made you feel very well thought of and cared for. Thank you.

Zarina is very good. She's a good listener. She gives you all the information that you need when you ask questions. She answers them in a nice manner. She's such a sweetheart. I love her and I hope and pray she's there for a long time.

I never call to make an appointment because your calling system takes 48 to three days to get a hold of my doctor. So I'd rather just go in. I get better care that way when I go in and make an appointment or the staff there answers my questions. Your phone service stinks. Anyways, get something better or have it directly phone in to where my doctor is at.
