I thought the time when my appointment was until the time I was seen was to long

It was good however getting in to see a provider is still difficult. Also, I have called to make an appointment, and no one was available to answer the phone. You want us to leave a message for a call back, but I didn't get a call back.

I have always received excellent care and treatment from Zarina Quintinita!

I feel comfortable with Zarina she is my most favorite person she explains everything about u and gives u a lot information about your health I like the way she is concerned about u.

Checking in was great - everyone at the desk on 2nd floor was great!! Zarina Quintinita ARNP was super!! She took a lot of time with my husband and myself explaining everything and asking us questions!! Thank you all!!!

The experience that day was fine. I have strong misgivings about a recommendation because it was almost impossible to get a live person to answer the phone. Trying to just get an appointment was frustrating. I know a new client would have given up. Zarina Q. is excellent. Please don't lose her.

I love the Dr/PA in the practice. Contacting the office by phone has been a nightmare. I hope the phone issues have been resolved. My last phone call got through and someone answered, which was encouraging.
