Yes, Zarina and the nurse were very helpful to us. They went over all our medication, took a lot of time with us, explained things about the medication that we really needed to know, and we just appreciate them so very much and thankful that we have them for our care provider. Thank you.

I had an appointment for 11:15 arrived at 11:00 . Was not taken in until 12:20 and doctor did not come in for another 20 minutes. I feel my time is as important as theirs is.

The main complaint I have with this facility is that the phone system is terrible. I have left numerous messages in past without a call back. I almost never can talk with the person I want to...I don't have this problem when I call the facility at mall in Titusville...
