Very professional staff.

I can't think of anything that would improve our visit today. I went with my husband to the appointment and this doctor was just, I can describe him as wonderful. He was just, he met all the criteria of a good doctor that you can imagine. I took respect and listened to, you know, he had to draw out my husband because he wasn't that anxious to chit chat about his health. But anyway, I really appreciated the visit and I'm so happy to have him as his primary. So that's my comment.

Able to get a physician that we are more comfortable with and discussed any situations with in our family and how to prevent or control. Knowledgable and help us to make decisions based on the outcome of the lab test results.

Dr bucolo is a very caring doctor and very knowledable on the care I needed

Okay, before I could see the doctor, they told me my insurance didn't work there. And I believe that they should expand the insurance that they cover. Because everybody doesn't have excellent insurance. Some of us have less than excellent insurance. And I felt that it was all about the money. It wasn't about the patient. And the lady at the front desk who turned me away, didn't care. She just didn't care.

First new patient visit. Waiting room is large, very clean and comfortable. Staff all so nice and efficient. I immediately liked Dr. Bucolo!
