I had no problem with the doctor. It's just all your other people in there, they're involved in too many other things. They're too much socializing going on and the patients just hang around and talk and they talk with them back and forth and you don't have a chance to do anything. Okay? So I think you need a lot of help in that area. Thank you.

It was extremely hard to get an appointment. I waited for months and the doctor couldn't understand why I waited so long, but it took forever to get scheduled. And then I took leave from work to show up to an appointment that was canceled and rescheduled, but nobody told me. So I used more leave than what I needed to use from work. Also, I waited 45 minutes for the provider in the office.

I felt rushed both times I saw the doctor. I don't have a serious medical problem, but it was my first two visits and I felt like more discussion about my concerns would have been better. Like I said, I was rushed, felt very rushed both times. Generally not satisfied. That's all.

Even thought the doctor was called out to the hospital, we were informed. When we were asked to reschedule we asked not to be because we were getting biopsy results, we were accommodated.
