I am very happy with my doctor and his staff

Yeah, you need to improve your phone system to get in because I spent weeks just and went a week without blood pressure medicine because I couldn't get a hold of nobody at cardiology. And I even had operators and everybody trying to help me get through to different places and couldn't. And then another thing about follow-up after I had tests, I had a similar problem just trying to get into cardiology again. I had operators trying to help me for, I'm talking about for hours and then they finally get a manage

This was my first appointment with cardiology, and I felt that they were very responsive and easy to work with. And I felt confident that they definitely knew what they were doing. And that I would be getting excellent care.

The check out staff is inconsistently following up the doctor's orders. Also, I have a problem with all appointments routed through one phone number.

Doctors office did not order the medication prescribed by the doctor from my pharmacy and I got no hard copy prescription. Doctor assistant did not return my call.

I realize that time is limited during appointments, but I would like to be able to discuss possible natural solutions to my problem instead of just drugs.
