Care was professional took care of all my needs

This was my first time to see nurse practitioner Julia and she was very professional courteous and pleasant. My experience was very good and I look forward to seeing her again

The orders that were written was a mistake and it's been, I've been on the phone for three days. All they have to do is fax them back to the doctor and the doctor faxed them back to the imaging place and they haven't done it yet. I want to get this show on the road. What's taking so long? I've called three times. Bye.

My biggest concern is I never get to see my primary doctor. The last time I saw him, he was not knowledgeable about my condition. I only saw him once. Last year I only saw my primary doctor maybe three times the whole year, always sent to a nurse practitioner, and I don't really like that. I like to follow up with the same doctor, and I like him to know who I am and what my condition. Thank you.

It is really dificult to get an appointment with the primary care doctor it's always about every three months, no matter if we really need to see a primary care doctor. I don't believe we have to go to the hospital when we have a primary care evo really knows our medical history.
