I was able to call the Dr's office directly instead of going through the mass phone system where you wait for hours in the quay to be answered. Dr. Schafer and his staff are really professional and good at their jobs! Dr spent enough time with me to go over the process of rotator cuff surgery and the recovery process. I really like this Dr. and feel totally comfortable with him performing surgery on me.

The doctor was very good, very informative. I was very pleased with the service. You could have better directions and a better sign to your facility. It was a little difficult coming from a different city. But other than that, everything was great, top-notch. Thank you.

Everything was excellent to my knowledge. From walking in, checking in, going to the back with the nurse that greeted me as well as the receptionist. The doctor was phenomenal. And the courtesy was all over 100% good from going inside the door and coming outside, checking out. Thank you for everything.

Dr Schafer is amazing. I've never had a physician take so much time to explain things and to make me feel heard. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed with his skill and confident in his care.

I chose to come to the Portsmouth Joint area because everyone there is nice. They don't look down on people. They explain things and they tell you if you have anything that you need to say, don't have it just say it because I trust them. I love that area. That's why I always go. And I will send anybody there, anybody there to get help. Because the doctors there are perfect.
