It is nearly impossible to reach the front desk. Every time I called it went straight to voicemail and I would leave a message and would not hear back for another few days. Also, Dr. Schafer is nice, but very focused on surgical solutions and said that PT does not help with injury at all. I don't know trust that his statements are completely accurate, but he did provide the care and explanation that I needed to make my own decisions, so I do appreciate that.

Dr. Schafer's staff was also very friendly (and professional). They even addressed me by my first name when I showed up for my appointment. I certainly did not feel like a "number", as I have at other facilities.

It was extremely difficult to reach someone to make an appt. Everything was automated and there was never anyone to speak with to get any further information from. I didn't know if they would even see pediatric patients. I am a care partner and I ended up having to obtain my own records to know. I recieved a text message telling me about my copay being due. I paid my $35.00 copay then later got the message, but I have no proof, as the front desk printer wasn't working. This girl doesn't have a working grasp of the office machines.

Dr. Schafer is very, very nice. He's very pleasant. He's very concerned and he explains everything, as well as his assistant. I did not get his name, but he escorted me back to the room and he got my injection ready. And they were just extremely nice, even the girl at the front desk. Very, very pleasant, very nice. The whole experience was wonderful. All experiences should be this way. Again, Dr. Schafer and his staff were excellent. Thank you.
