Horrible months to get in. Then they called to cancel. Rescheduled no dr the nurse. Waited 35 minutes in waiting room. Taken back giving information to assistant. Some one else comes in then leaves comes back takes over information gathering from assistant. NP comes in 3 times bothered they they weren't done yet. Then comes in rushed bothered and annoyed.

It was a great visit and I was happy that I was able to make it that day because I wasn't feeling very good, but I was happy to finally make it to the Parish Medical. And I had the physician assistant who was very caring and paid a lot of attention to what I was saying. So, overall, I had a great visit. Thank you.

First time patient intake and a lot of information was covered, and help with referrals was wonderful to start on a path to a healthier life.

The building is extremely dirty. Floors dirty, elevator covered with fingerprints. Windows need washed, counters smeared. Tile and carpet look worn.

It was a very good visit. Issues were addressed that were very important. I would have liked them to have already had past medical records. But that was addressed also.

I like Andreana Leggett a lot, but I think there's a lot of miscommunication from one department to the next. It's very frustrating. I've never once been able to access the portal. You cannot call through to anybody, and from what I understand, that's been going on for several years. Lots of patients in the waiting room also agree that it's very difficult to reach somebody. I just happen to have perseverance and I just keep doing it until I finally get through. From what I understand, they've been at Port S
