Public Service Announcement | Update: Temporary Closure of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing

Titusville, FL (October 20, 2025)—Today, the following update on the status of the HVAC system repairs to the Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing was provided by the property’s landlord Inland Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, based out of Oak Brook, IL. With permission, we are sharing the following contents of the email received from the property manager’s Vice President and Regional Property Manager, Kristie Moss:

As you know, we have been working diligently to repair and replace coils in the HVAC condensers that have failed to ensure a completely operational system within the facility. As we have replaced many of the coils, others have failed, and we have immediately moved to replace those as well. Unfortunately, there is a significant lead time to obtain the necessary replacement parts from the manufacturer, Trane/Mitsubishi, which has led to significant downtime before the repairs can be completed.

We have been and remain committed to bringing Titus Landing back to full functionality as soon as reasonably possible. In order to do so, we have undertaken a thorough assessment and have made the decision to move forward with replacing all of the coils that have not yet been replaced to date. We have made this decision at this time because we want to ensure that Titus Landing will not only be back to full functionality, but that once this next phase of work is complete and Parrish moves back into the facility, that it will provide confidence in long-term reliable HVAC performance across all floors of the building without the potential for rolling/repeated failures for years to come.

We have already placed the order for all necessary replacement coils, and at this time, we anticipate that the remaining coil replacements will be delivered by the early part of November. With extra manpower from our vendor, the work to have them replaced and get the entire system operational could be completed by mid-November. This estimate presumes that the parts will be delivered timely by the equipment supplier, and the estimate is barring any unforeseen delays from Trane/Mitsubishi.

We continue to work closely with Trane/Mitsubishi and our contractors to mitigate any potential delays or additional disruptions, will continue to monitor progress closely, will provide further updates as we approach the delivery and completion dates and will notify you of changes to the timeline.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work to bring a satisfactory resolution to these HVAC issues, and we look forward to Parrish reoccupying the building.

Parrish Healthcare appreciates the community’s continued patience. We too look forward to reoccupying the building upon completion of the needed repairs.
