Parrish Medical Group, in partnership with @Who We Play For, looks forward to offering pre-participation sports physicals and heart screenings for the upcoming school year. A community sports physical event will be held on Saturday, August 8, from 8AM to noon at Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John! We will also host dedicated sports physical events at Astronaut High School, Cocoa High School and Titusville High School. Student-athletes should contact their school’s designated representative for specific event dates and times. Physicals will be $10 per athlete, with proceeds benefitting the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation. Click here to read more.

Registration Instructions:
No appointment is necessary. Cost is $10 which will be donated to Jess Parrish Medical Foundation. A parent or guardian must accompany the athletes.
