When I made the appointment, it took a very long time to actually get scheduled, much longer than it did in the past. And no one told me that her office had moved to another building on the other side of the city. So after driving 30 minutes to the original location, I was told she was in the different location. Fortunately, they were very kind. They kept their office open as they had closed for lunch and saw me very quickly and thoughtfully, even though they had to unlock the door to my office.
