Saima Abbas, MD

About Saima

Saima Abbas, MD, is a board-certified Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine physician. She has provided comprehensive outpatient and inpatient infectious disease care in Brevard County since 2010.

Dr. Abbas completed her Infectious Diseases fellowship at the University of Toledo Medical Center, with specialized transplant training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, following residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Toledo. She earned her medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan.

Recognized for excellence in patient care and education, Dr. Abbas received the Physician of the Year Award at Rockledge Regional Medical Center and was a recipient of the 2020 Legends Award from St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.

Dr. Abbass is a member of multiple national and international medical organizations, including the American Medical Association, Infectious Diseases Society of America, American College of Physicians, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, and the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America.
