I was the first appointment after their lunch break and I still had to wait an hour past my appointment time for the doctor to come in my room and see me. That is so ridiculous that he can't even get patients seen in a timely manner when nothing is holding him up except himself. Getting really tired of waiting around for doctors to decide when it's convenient for them to start their rotation of patients. No excuse for it. He will lose a lot of patients if he doesn't crack down on his free time or whatever h

I was very impressed with the Port St. John office. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Rivera were very, very nice, answered all my questions, were very patient with me. I was very impressed with Dr. Rivera. I really felt like he listened to me and cares about the outcome of my back injury. Very impressive.
