Jorge Insignares, MD

Dr. Insignares is an Emergency Medicine physician and Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve with extensive experience in high-acuity clinical and operational settings.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Insignares has held leadership roles including Assistant Medical Director and Medical Director for a municipal police department, where he developed and implemented life-saving training programs based on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) principles.

As a Flight Surgeon with a Combat Search and Rescue unit, he delivered medical support in austere and high-risk environments. His expertise includes emergency and critical care medicine, disaster response, and operational medicine.

Dr. Insignares brings a unique combination of civilian, military, and disaster medicine experience to his role at Parrish Healthcare.
