The call center operators have asked invasive questions at times. Due to this, I don't like to call for appointments, even thought I have to.

The appointment process should change as I didn't get any response after paperwork was sent from my doctor and I had to call two separate times of my own self to try to get someone to call me back to make an appointment. That was the worst part of it was waiting for someone to call to set an appointment up and I hate that I had to call more than once and then wait and then call a second time to even get an appointment. Thank you.
