My appointment was great. The only problems I have is getting prescriptions sometimes in a timely manner. So we just need a little work on that. But everything else was great. Thank you.

Ms. Rios is fantastic. She knows my medical history. She is attentive, caring, concerned, courteous. I just love going there. She's honest about results of tests. She has recommendations and how to improve. I just think she's the greatest. There you have it. Goodbye.

Office staff seemed to be somewhat non caring. That could be due to my hour of arrival which was between noon and 1pm. This appears to be newer staff and information does not flow easily as the former staff was more on top of things.

You should give APRN Rios a pay raise.

I felt really comfortable with Giselle. It was new patient visit so the was not really care advice conversations which I think would be normal without any test rests in place. I worked the 2 days since so am going to get all that in place tomorrow. Office staff was great too!
