The central call system needs work. The operators are nice but getting through is a nightmare.

From the front desk to PA everything is always goes very well. The workers r actually in happy moods which u don't often see in a Drs office. All Drs staff shld have the same upbeat personality to a point cuz many patients r not feeling well this type of attitude brings ones w/o to a place of peace & comfort. Well done at this office. ?
