Dr Bataille Is very attentive to my concerns. It was difficult for me with my back pain during he's recent absence. I would have experienced far less anxiety if the office had been able to give me a reschedule appointment when mine was canceled. The whole his schedule is frozen and we have no timeline is very worrying from the patients point of view. I traveled over 300 miles to see him and I am so grateful that I did.

Dr. Bataille was professional and friendly. He listened to My concerns and took immediate action to check with insurance that I could have an injection for my hip pain. He gave me a guided injection with Fluoroscopy. I received immediate relief and was happy to turn my care over to the doctors. The staff and nurses were polite friendly and professional .

Yes, I have a problem with the phone service and the way that you get an appointment. I called and left a message and no one ever called me back. I called again. I couldn't get a line. Then I called and then I finally got somebody. And at that point, my prescription was I couldn't get a refill and I hadn't been without it for a couple of days. So I was a little disappointed in getting an appointment set up. Once I got to talk to a human being, it was great. But until I got there, it was bad.
