Dr Szoke is a kind, compassionate and thorough healthcare provider. His staff are knowledgeable and courteous - and I especially appreciate the team at the front desk - they are welcoming and friendly. When I have called to make changes, they are patient and efficient.

The phone system really is very sub par. No direct dial to doctor's office. You have to go through that answering robot, then wait for ever to get to a live person, then get transferred to the doctor's phone. Totally crazy, and extremely annoying.

Staff were good. For 3 years I get an MRI of the Brain. All these times we had results in 2 days or less. They tell me it will be over a week for results. This is totally unacceptable. I could have gone to another hospital and gotten my results already. You should tell the patient you don't have a radiologist to read the report and have to send out. Then the PATIENT CAN DECIDE. This test was very important to me, I am fed up with all your delays. If you can't service the patient then don't offer the service

Everybody was very nice from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctor taught me a lot about my diabetes and hopefully is going to help a lot. Thank you for your care.

I don't like how the process works now. I could never reach the doctor's office, the receptionist. You have to go through a process, leave a message, then they call you back before I be able to reach them directly. Before the doctor would respond to my emails from within the portal fairly quickly. That slowed down substantially. I would like if it went back to the old way things were done, because this new way is kind of not working.
