Charlie Foster, MSN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience providing inpatient hospital medicine. Charlie has cared for adult patients across a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, with expertise in comprehensive patient assessment, evidence-based treatment, medication management, and discharge planning.

Throughout a career in hospital medicine, Charlie has worked with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery. Committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care, Charlie strives to ensure every patient receives personalized treatment that supports the best possible outcomes.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University, a Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner from Samford University, and a Post-Master's Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at El Paso.
