I was very satisfied with my visit there, and everyone was so friendly and so helpful. And I would go back. I'm glad to be there. Everything was nice, and everybody was nice, and I thank you for it.

The following day, they canceled my surgery, even though I had my card for my Medicaid financially needy with share cost. So it wasn't much help at all.

I don't know the volume of authorizations the office gets but I would have liked to have scheduled my appointment in the same day the office received my authorization from my insurance company instead of waiting several days after receipt.
