I like all the treatment, all the courtesies that you got with us. I appreciate everything that you're doing for me and for all the patients. And I'm glad to be one of your patients in that facility. Thank you and have a great day.

The phone system is lousy. I call and call and call and I can't get anybody. It hangs up on me. I press any of the numbers. I get very frustrated. The phone system is lousy. We had to go in person after trying to call them for two days.

First meeting with Dr P - he was more than wonderful. I feel very confident now, moving forward. Disappointed with Hospital scheduling - thought for sure they would call TODAY. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I would recommend Dr. Pecoraro and his medical assistant, Morgan, to anyone who needs a surgeon. He came highly recommended to me by two of my friends, and their experience was the same as mine. On my first visit, I knew I would receive excellent care. Dr. Pecoraro was kind, exuded competence and confidence. Morgan was very compassionate, and gave me her personal phone number to use if needed, which was so appreciated! My good care continued at Jess Parrish Hospital.

Had a very good experience with the exception of trying to get back in contact with receptionist. After my visit to confirm an appointment because I had written it down wrong. It's very very hard to get back in touch with them.
