Parrish Health & Fitness Center, operated by the YMCA of Central Florida, offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services (by appointment only), walk-in laboratory services (walk-ins welcome), nutrition services, a Parkinson’s disease support group, Rock Steady Boxing, and a wide range of fitness amenities, including a fully equipped weight room, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bicycles, personal training services, group exercise classes and more!
