Parrish Medical Group Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse Erik Swanson, FNP-C, RN-BSN, to Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Team

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (May 8, 2026)—Parrish Healthcare and Parrish Medical Group (PMG) welcome Erik Swanson, Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified (FNP-C) and Registered Nurse (RN-BSN) to our North Brevard Community.

Swanson joined Parrish Medical Group’s Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice at Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John, located at 5005 Port St. John Parkway, Suite 2200. He has extensive experience in critical care settings and caring for patients before, during and after surgery. Swanson also has a strong foundation in surgical workflows, interdisciplinary collaboration, sterile technique and intraoperative patient management.

In close collaboration with board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Matthew Musto, Swanson will provide thorough musculoskeletal care and support patients throughout evaluation, treatment and recovery of their total joint replacement surgeries.

Swanson holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. His clinical specialties include, but are not limited to, comprehensive patient assessments, preoperative and postoperative management, patient-centered education and medication management.
