Parrish Healthcare and LEAD Brevard Foster Leadership Growth Through Collaborative Learning Experience

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (June 22, 2026)—Parrish Healthcare, in partnership with LEAD Brevard, recently completed a six-session, cohort-based Communications and Leadership Development Series designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, communication skills and organizational impact among more than 30 Parrish Healthcare leaders.

The program brought together emerging and established leaders in a collaborative learning environment focused on developing practical leadership tools, increasing self-awareness and providing actionable strategies that participants can immediately apply in their professional roles. Through expert-led sessions, attendees explored key topics including leadership development, human resources, communication, emotional intelligence, accountability and coaching.

The series featured respected facilitators from across the leadership and professional development landscape, creating opportunities for participants to gain new perspectives, build meaningful connections, ask questions from subject experts and enhance their ability to lead effectively within their teams and throughout the organization.

“Great leaders are not simply developed through experience. They are strengthened through intentional learning, reflection and connection,” said Kristina Crabtree, Director of People Development at Parrish Healthcare. “The LEAD Brevard Leadership Series provided participants with the opportunity to expand their leadership capabilities, enhance communication skills and build relationships that will support their continued professional growth. By investing in our leaders, we are investing in the future success of our workforce, our organization and the communities we serve.”

The partnership between Parrish Healthcare and LEAD Brevard reflects a shared commitment to cultivating strong leaders who can positively influence organizational culture, drive performance and contribute to the long-term success of the communities they serve.

By investing in leadership development, both organizations are helping to build a stronger workforce, foster meaningful professional growth and create lasting impact throughout Brevard County.
