Parrish Health and Fitness Center Operated by the YMCA of Central Florida Scheduled to Reopen Monday, February 2, 2026

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (January 29, 2026)—Parrish Healthcare and the YMCA of Central Florida announce the reopening of Parrish Health and Fitness Center on Monday, February 2, at 2210 Cheney Highway.

The center will operate under a partnership model in which the YMCA of Central Florida will manage daily fitness and wellness operations, while Parrish Healthcare maintains an on-site clinical presence.

“This center expands access to the Y’s programs and strengthens our shared mission of improving health and well-being across Brevard County,” said Kevin Bolding, President and CEO of the YMCA of Central Florida.

Parrish Health and Fitness Center, operated by the YMCA of Central Florida, features modern fitness equipment, personal training, group exercise classes and additional wellness programs. Hours of operation will be from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and remain closed on Sunday.

Group exercise class offerings include yoga, matt pilates and pilates barre, SilverSneakers, Zumba Gold and Zumba, cycle and basic fitness as well as Rock Steady Boxing (designed for individuals battling Parkinson’s disease). These services will complement Parrish Healthcare’s existing rehabilitation and laboratory services located within the same facility.

YMCA memberships will provide access to both the Parrish Health and Fitness Center and the Titusville YMCA, expanding opportunities for members to engage in fitness, wellness and community programming across multiple locations.

Since announcing the reopening in November, the center has undergone renovations including an expanded open-concept workout area, modernized group exercise studios and an updated community conference room. The center will also begin renovations to the indoor pool, with a planned reopening in 2027. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., open to the public.
