TITUSVILLE, FLA. (January 14, 2026)—A lawsuit against Parrish Medical Center by Craig Deligdish, MD, has been dismissed with prejudice (not to be brought back), after a federal judge threw out the bulk of the case.
The federal court case Deligdish filed was against the North Brevard County Hospital District, which governs Parrish Medical Center. The dismissal, with prejudice, is the latest in a string of defeats Deligdish or his company, Omni Healthcare, has experienced in lawsuits against Parrish (the latest case was Case No. 6:24-cv-01355-CEM-DCI (United States District Court, Middle District of Florida). Another example: In 2023, a Brevard County jury found that Deligdish aided and abetted Omni Healthcare’s breach of fiduciary duty owed to Parrish’s medical group.
Deligdish first took his complaint about Parrish Medical Center to the Dept. of Labor, which dismissed his case. He then sought an appeal to a federal administrative law judge, who threw out almost all of Deligdish’s case. Deligdish then refiled the case in federal court. After the federal judge threw out the bulk of his case, the entire lawsuit was dismissed.
Parrish Medical Center has told a court that Deligdish began filing complaints about Parrish Medical Center and began a campaign of retaliation by filing lawsuits after Parrish Medical Center discovered that Deligdish, whose company had been working with Parrish’s medical group, had caused an order for Covid-19 vaccines to be submitted under false pretenses to the State of Florida.
The dismissal with prejudice of Deligdish’s case against Parrish Medical Center occurred subsequent to criticism of Deligdish from a federal judge in a sanctions ruling (a sanctions ruling is a form of punishment by a court for prohibited conduct). In throwing out Omni Healthcare’s case against MD Spine Solutions, the judge wrote, “In other words, Dr. Deligdish caused submission of false claims for PCR testing which he knew were not medically necessary . . . and thereby violated the [law] himself . . . Dr. Deligdish did so in order to substantiate [Omni]’s claims.”
Despite Deligdish’s and Omni’s history of filing lawsuits against Parrish Medical Center, he has to date not won a single case.
