TITUSVILLE, FLA. (August 12, 2026)—Parrish Healthcare and Parrish Medical Group (PMG) are pleased to welcome family medicine physician, Zeel Adeshra, MD, to the North Brevard community.

Dr. Adeshra looks forward to providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families of all ages. With a focus on prevention, wellness and long-term health, she is passionate about partnering with her patients to develop personalized care plans tailored to their unique health goals. Through evidence-based medicine and trusted patient relationships, Dr. Adeshra is committed to empowering patients to achieve their healthiest lives.

Dr. Adeshra provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and annual wellness exams, management of chronic conditions and acute illnesses, diagnostic testing and laboratory services, personalized treatment plans, medication management, lifestyle counseling, care coordination and patient education. Dr. Adeshra earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Dutch Caribbean, and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she received comprehensive training in caring for patients across every stage of life.
