Parrish Healthcare Thanks Community for Generosity, Fulfills Every Angel Tree Wish

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (December 19, 2025)—This holiday season, the Parrish Medical Center Angel Tree became a powerful symbol of community generosity as Parrish Healthcare Care Partners (employees, physicians and volunteers) and community members came together to fulfill 122 Angel Tree wishes, ensuring that every child who requested a holiday gift through North Brevard Charities will receive a gift this Christmas.

The Angel Tree was displayed at Parrish Medical Center’s atrium café and included Christmas wishes from children in need throughout North Brevard. Requests were collected from leadership at a local North Brevard Group Home, guidance counselors at local schools, the Boys and Girls Club of Titusville, patrons of the United North Brevard Food Pantry and several area churches.

“We are incredibly thankful for our partnership with Parrish Healthcare and the outpouring of generosity from their employees and this community,” said Monifa Watson, Executive Director of North Brevard Charities. “Their willingness to participate made it possible to reach children across North Brevard who truly needed a little extra joy this Christmas.”

Each tag on the Angel Tree represented a child who might otherwise go without during the holiday season. Thanks to the compassion and generosity of Parrish Healthcare Care Partners and local community members, all 122 tags on the tree were selected and fulfilled.

“The impact was especially meaningful for our older children. In most years, our older children do not get their tags fulfilled,” continued Watson. “As kids get older, their requests get more expensive. Rather than Barbies or Legos, they may ask for a bike or headphones. This year, every single tag was fulfilled and it’s because of the generosity shown by our community. We are beyond grateful.”

The gifts will now be distributed to children throughout North Brevard in time for Christmas, bringing hope, joy and a reminder that their community cares.

“At Parrish, we are proud to serve as a place where compassion extends beyond healthcare,” said Natalie Sellers, Senior Vice President of Communications, Community and Corporate Services at Parrish Healthcare. “Seeing our Care Partners and community come together, without a second thought, to support local children truly reflects the heart of our mission, vision and values.”
