Parrish Healthcare Congratulates Five Leaders on Completing the ATHENA Leadership Program

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (December 15, 2025)—Parrish Healthcare proudly recognizes and celebrates five of its leaders for successfully completing the prestigious ATHENA Leadership Program, offered by weVENTURE Women’s Business Center at Florida Tech’s Bisk College of Business. This accomplishment reflects Parrish Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to fostering professional growth, leadership excellence and a strong culture of empowerment across the organization.
The ATHENA Leadership Program is an internationally recognized curriculum designed to strengthen leadership skills through the lens of the Eight Principles of ATHENA Leadership—authentic self, celebration, collaboration, courage, giving back, learning, fierce advocacy and living authentically. Throughout the eight-month program, participants engaged in immersive, high-impact development experiences designed to elevate their leadership potential both personally and professionally.

Parrish Healthcare’s ATHENA graduates are Kristina Crabtree, Director of People Development; Samantha Decker, Director of Communications and Community Relations; Ericka Jacobs, Director of Emergency Department and Women’s Services; Stephanie Parham, Executive Office Manager and Kristina Weaver, Executive Director of Population Health and Care Transitions.
