Jess Parrish Medical Foundation Elects New Officers

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (Oct. 18, 2023)—Jess Parrish Medical Foundation (JPMF), the philanthropic arm of Parrish Healthcare (PHC), announced the election of their board of directors for FY 2024.

Randall Coleman was reappointed to serve a second year as chair of the Foundation’s board of directors. Coleman, a CFP®, is a senior vice president at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Dedicated to making a difference in the community, Coleman is past president of Titusville Sunrise Rotary; Brevard County Chapter of Certified Public Accounts; Brevard County Estate Planning Council; and Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard. In addition to serving as chair of JPMF, he currently serves on the board of Eastern Florida State College Foundation; Titusville YMCA; United Way of Brevard County; and Brevard County Civilian Military Relations Council.

Other officers and members of the executive board voted into office include: Melissa Lugo, chair elect; Philip Simpson, Ph.D., vice-chair; Kelley Broome, secretary; Josh Norris, treasurer; Rachel Terry, immediate past chair; and George Mikitarian, ex-officio and PHC president/CEO.

Members elected to serve on the executive committee are: Christopher Broome, Esq; Santiago Bulnes; Jessie Kirk; Jason Snodgrass; and Barbara Terhune.

Directors elected to the board include: Jerry Allender, Esq; Winnie Brewer; William Chivers; Herman Cole; Mary Coleman; Britt Diaz; David D. Ferguson; Terry Lee; Howard Rinker, DDS; Joe Rodriguez; Turmy Sieveking; Jennifer Trastelis; and William Terry.

Emeritus members include Dorothy Hudson; Richard Boggs and J.J. Parrish III.

Each of the incredible community leaders I have the privilege to serve with bring a unique perspective to their role,” said Coleman. “Together, we will continue to forge initiatives that advance the mission, vision and values of Parrish Medical Center.”
