Thursday morning Atlantis landed here at Kennedy Space Center, signaling the end of a 30-year era. On Friday, another batch of our friends and family will check out at KSC, ending their Shuttle career. While this is no means the end of space business on the Space Coast, it is the end of a program that has been a part of our lives for three decades.
Parrish Medical Center extends our sincere appreciation for the men and women that have dedicated their lives to the Shuttle program and been part of this magnificent program. However you choose to show your support, consider thanking these hardworking men and women. Men and women that have made such a huge difference in our community and had a tremendous impact on our nation.
