    Dr. Wong is a very good doctor who we really like. He treats us with respect and does listen to us about our problems.

    I cannot hear very well. Doctor talked over me to my daughter and then wrote inadequate on my literacy. I can answer all the question I just could not hear him.

    The only thing that I regret a little bit is that the doctor sent me to do an electrocardiogram and nobody knows what to do. I don't know if I have to go to a place, to another place. They don't know the price. Then I am a little lost in that. I don't know if I am going to do that electrocardiogram that the doctor suggests me to do. I am completely lost in that part. I don't know the prices, I don't know if my insurance covers it, or if I need to pay. That is the only complaint about the visit. The rest of

    I told my doc that I was feeling sick throat n chest but he did not check it. He always forgets something that I either have to go back or call. Getting intouch with my doc is very difficult I have to drive to the clinic That always leave out something in my prescription or sends me to places with referral that the doc longer is available

    Your phone system is horrible and I needed to go into the office to make appt like three times fo myself and my mother in law

    Biggest improvement would be the nursing/support staff. They don't seem interested in their position.
