To get in touch with the Dr. office you have to contact an operator then they call the Dr. Office it's completely unnecessary.

I just wish they made more time for parents who have a disabled child due to them not having enough time bcus 15 minutes isn't enough

Always a good experience

Not to happy with the outcome of my appointment because I wanted to resume a medication that I had been on for years and after my research that this medication would be ok to use as long as I like and my doctor would not put me back on this and wanted me to go on a med that caused many health risks that was much worse than the meds I was on. I am currently looking for another primary care Doctor.

The telephone system for Parish Medical Group practices is not efficient. Being able to reach the specific office that you are looking for is difficult and the only way I have been able to consistently make appointments is through a CENA Health patient portal.

The new options to get an appointment etc. are good. The response time to calls and verbal notes regarding the number of calls in front of you is extremely helpful.

My doctor is quite knowledgable and very kind. She is thorough and answers all questions. I trust her judgment on all issues.

Dr. K is the best!!!

So far, I have always had a good experience at Parrish in PSJ. The facility is very nice, not rushed and crowded, but peaceful. The workers and staff are very pleasant and helpful. My PCP is very knowledgable and always willing to give advice if I have any questions. She also listens to any concerns and is pro-active to recommend things or give directions without being pushy. I appreciate that very much. Keep up the great care and work! :-)

It was the first time for me seeing her and I had to wait a few months before I could see her and I liked her and she really doesn't know anything about me, just what I told her, so she's trying to get my medical records. She's doing her best and she was nice. Thank you.
