Dr. K is a very efficient and very supportive primary care physician that I have. She is great with explaining things and giving me the correct information to help me get better.

I'm happy with Dr. Kurusanganapalli and the staff at the Pt St. John Medical center.

The call center that we switched to is the most difficult thing to get to a doctor or to a doctor's office I've ever had to do in my life. And also at the Port St. John location, I think it would help if the ladies at the front desk were a little bit friendlier. I avoid them as much as I can.

Dr. K and everyone in the office are always very professional and caring.

Wait times were too long both in the lobby area, as well as in the exam room.

It is nearly impossible to call the doctor directly.

Everybody was so nice and the doctor seemed to do everything they could to solve my problem. I was very well pleased with my stay there and I certainly would recommend it or go back there. Thank you.
