Very personable and patient with me [a "new" patient] especially with the "paper work". I knew what was required and I came 90% prepared! :(

It seems that the front desk position is consistently late for work and the medical assistants and nurses do the check ins at opening time. They covered it well and with no attitudes, but seems like this position needs to be addressed. Just an observation and listening to the conversations this is what I am assuming.

Overall it was a positive experience

The hardest part of this was having to try to get thru the phone cue. I was on hold for @ 30 minutes waiting to be able to speak with someone. There should not only be one phone number for all of the offices in the building.

I went in there with corns on my feet..hurting..left there after treatments feeling no pain. A very happy lady..will go back there every time I have. Foot problem..feel Dr. Lubitz is a very caring ..straight to the treatment with caring conversation..awesome Dr.

The nurse is always super polite when I go in and Dr. Lubitz is great at what he does. Quick, but thorough which is best for me as a mom of a newborn. Thank you all.
