Jonathan Lubitz

The check-in process took a long time. There was only one lady working and things seem to get backed up because of special issues with the patient she was helping when I came in. We all sit in line a long time and it was past my appointment time before she even got to me to check me in and I arrived early. It would be better to have more than one person upfront to assist patients.

Everything and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. No complaints.

Get the phone system working in that building. You're losing customers because of it. If you can't figure out how to get Cisco Systems to fix the phone system, you're going to be out of business soon.

Not typical, but this appointment was rushed and after leaving, I didn't have a good understanding of what to do about my condition. I love this doctor and he has provided excellent care in the past ...

Dr. Lubitz and his staff are always professional and very friendly. They get to you in a timely manner.

Very personable and patient with me [a "new" patient] especially with the "paper work". I knew what was required and I came 90% prepared! :(

It seems that the front desk position is consistently late for work and the medical assistants and nurses do the check ins at opening time. They covered it well and with no attitudes, but seems like this position needs to be addressed. Just an observation and listening to the conversations this is what I am assuming.

Overall it was a positive experience
