The greeting start at the front desk . All the way to the back office im pleased with the service i receive when i go to this office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Go's for several years now. I can tell you that he and his staff are always professional, always courteous, always very nice, and treat me very, very well. I really appreciate the service that I receive from him and his staff. Thank you very much.

I really do like Dr. Go and when your visit is finished, you're given a printout of the visit. The one thing that annoys me is that printout still considers me as obese even though I went from 212 down to 169. Working so hard at losing weight then still being considered "obese" is depressing! That should change! Make the patient feel good about what they've accomplished!

The phone system in order to contact the doctor's office needs improvement. Having to go through an answering type service through Parish and then getting transferred to the doctor's office is not convenient.

My experience was very god. Dr. Go has been my endocrinologist for many years. He is the best.

Felt dr was just reading off a script. If I diverged with other information didn't seem interested

I really like Dr. Go. He has always been personable and professional. I also like that I don't spend a lot of time waiting in the waiting room once I arrive and get checked in.
