First of all, let me tell you, your phone systems now is the worst I have ever seen. I tried to get on my doctor three or four times and couldn't through this phone system. I had never had this problem ever before. They said they would call me back and this kind of stuff. This ain't the individual office. This is a Switchboard. Dr Go is an excellent physician. He cares about his patient. He asks questions to get an informed view of what is going on with his patient. He explains treatments, side effects and possible results and I trust him.

Always excellent experience. I'm seen quickly at my appointed time and staff are thorough and friendly. I never feel rushed and my questions are answered. Highly recommend Dr. Go for anyone needing his expertise.

The doctor is extremely confident and kind. I have no problem whatsoever with the doctor. What I have an issue with and why I won't recommend the facility is because of Paris's system as far as answering phone calls and getting through to the providers to get information between appointments or to make appointments or to change appointments, anything like that. It comes a major struggle taking up to 45 minutes each time.

I completed a long questionnaire before the visit (online) but was asked many of the same questions. The person who brought me into the exam room said the systems don't talk to each other. Dr Go is terrific. Explained everything well, was kind and attentive. I have confidence in his care.
