I really like Dr. Go. He has always been personable and professional. I also like that I don't spend a lot of time waiting in the waiting room once I arrive and get checked in.

Stop the "phone tree system"! It is actually a game of phone tag, requiring SEVERAL attempts to reach your care "PROVIDER" in order to let them know what you need to have PROVIDED! Not to mention having to discuss my medical needs with a total stranger with the hopes it get realyed appropriately to my care PROVIDER, (which by the way does not). I also work 5 days a week, 9 hours/day. When I take my lunch or break time to call to speak to my PROVIDER I have to leave a message that may or

Calling a central number instead of doctors office directly is a little difficult

Dr Go is wonderful. He is smart and compassionate. I feel so lucky to have him as my endocrinologist.

Dr. Go is an excellent doctor. He spends time with you. He explains everything. He's very knowledgeable about my history and I would go to him 100% of the time.
