Dr Eugene Go is always pleasant. He goes over last visit and asks for any changes. He then starts asking questions and examining me. My throat, swallowing. Checks my ankles and listens to my heart and lungs. I feel he is very thorough. I'm confident I'm receiving excellent care.

Dr. Go is just a very good doctor and that's about it. I've been going to him for a number of years now. He's very good. Thank you.

Your phone system now is awful. It's the worst I've seen anywhere. I used to be able to call Dr. Go office, the girls would answer, no problem. Now it goes through a bank and this and that. It takes forever. People don't call you back. I hate the phone system and that I can't even get a hold of them when I need to. So if you do anything, change your phone system or go back to where we can call the office directly.

Hi, the front desk was the best I've ever been at. They smiled, they laughed, they interacted with me effectively. And then the registration girl, she was very, very much asking me the questions and explaining what I didn't understand. And the lab tech, absolutely great. She drew my blood without any problems at all.

The greeting start at the front desk . All the way to the back office im pleased with the service i receive when i go to this office.
