The biggest problem I've had is contacting any provider within the Parish Medical Group because of the way the phone is set up now. So it's really difficult.

First of all, let me tell you, your phone systems now is the worst I have ever seen. I tried to get on my doctor three or four times and couldn't through this phone system. I had never had this problem ever before. They said they would call me back and this kind of stuff. This ain't the individual office. This is a Switchboard. Finally, I got through and did better with this portal thing, but not everybody's up on this reaching out and talking to a doctor through a portal. You know, sometimes we need to cal

Love Dr Go don't like Parrish facilities. Hard to get through on the phone and the reception desk and check out are hard to through to.
