The provider's number was wrong when I called the number on the website. I waited in the cue to talk with someone and they told me to call a different number. When I told them I called the number on their website that was listed under the providers name, and I was driving at that time so I couldn't write down anything the lady was rude and said "I guess I'll just transfer your call." Why didn't she do that in the first place? She mumbled something under her breath while she transferred me. So rude

I felt very comfortable with Denise with regards to her knowledge and professionalism.

I made a mistake at first pressing one. My answers were yes, which was two. So I appreciate you correct that. My primary doctor, Denise Mcbroom, is very nice. She listens and everything else. So I do apologize for pressing one when it was two I was supposed to press. Okay, thank you and have a great day.

From my first visit at Port Canaveral to this last and everyone in between has been absolutely top notch 5 star from the moment someone answers the phone . Everyone there loves and in very good at their job. I had a colonoscopy at Parish Hospital a few yrs back and everything was the same from the greeting to my release the staff was a pleasure... thank you all.

I am very disappointed. When I requested something over the phone, they tell me to call back. Nobody called me back. It happened a few times. What I requested, messages, nobody returning my phone call. I am very disappointed.
