The biggest problem was the fact that when you go in to get X-rays they tell me to lay in the table but the table doesn't go down so that I could never have gotten on that table and non of the X-ray techs even came over to help me. If it wasn't for the driver of the rehab transport bus who had to pick me up from a one-legged standing position, I couldn't have gotten up there! Really scary and kind of ridiculous that the table doesn't move up and down for all the various patients they see!

Hello, this PA that I spoke to was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave me lots of good information. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes today from my scheduled appointment. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

The staff was very polite, very attentive, and very likable.

I was picked up in the parking lot with a wheelchair, which was great. I had to flag someone down to do so. But when I got inside, the check-in was good. They sent me the x-ray. That was good. But then they put me in a room and I waited for 20 minutes to a half hour. And that got awful cold in that lonely room. She said they were awful busy. But anyway, that's the only problem I had. Thank you.

I'm a little disappointed because I was supposed to get my CD of my x-rays of my broken leg and they lost it. So yeah, there's that.

Cindy Parker was excellent in listening to me and addressing my fears, gave me positive input on how to deal with my injury.

Great care personally and physically. Thank you for having knowledgeable doctors and caregivers.

The care was good, but I had to wait almost two hours to see the doctor. I didn't appreciate that. Thank you.
