About Bharat

Education and Credentials

Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. The degree is the equivalent of a Doctor of Medicine degree in the United States. He then went on to an internship in the department of surgery at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester in New Rochelle, New York, a residency at the New York University School of Medicine, and a fellowship in interventional pain management in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Patel is a licensed Florida state medical care provider and a U.S. citizen.

Community Outreach

Dr. Patel serves as Assistant Professor of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Central Florida's College of Medicine and is Secretary of the Board of Governors for Brevard County Medical Society.
