Dr AJ was very easy to talk to and very straightforward with his plan of care. Listened to me and was very thorough in describing what he feels needs to be done.

Only problem was small waiting room, too many patients waiting, some with no seats, all waiting past appointment time at least one hour

My input is they need to get a better, more efficient way to refill prescriptions. Putting in a prescription request to the pharmacy and then from the pharmacy, they fax if it's a no-fill order to the doctor and then it takes weeks or even, well, more than a week, I'll put it that way. So again, they need to get better at that. That's all I have.

The staff, the receptionist and the tech were amazing. They were very knowledgeable. They were very, very kind. And Dr. Ajit especially was incredible with how he knew all of his staff. He made me feel very, very comfortable. He treated me like a human instead of just somebody to get through the office. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things in a way that made sense. And he listened to all of my input. It was fantastic. I love it.
