It was so great to be in such a welcoming environment when it comes to appts that make me very nervous. I appreciate feeling cared for. It made me very relaxed about my visit.

It was very difficult to get a hold of my provider because I had a problem.

I loved my doctor, Dr. Taival, gynecologist. It is impossible to deal with your phone system. She is impossible to reach. The calls do not get picked up in a timely manner. The receptionists on the other end of the phone don't clarify which facility you're going to. Parrish Medical Center needs to do something about their phone system. It's a mess. Thank you.

Yes, the facility was clean and very nice. The doctor was great. The staff was fantastic. The issue I have is nobody would answer the phone. Nobody would return my call. Something's wrong with your phone system and it's very important that you take care of that ASAP.

Dr. Taival was an absolute gem. She was very kind and gentle not to mention very personable which made you feel as ease.

I just wanted to get let you guys know that Dr. Taival is excellent physician. Very pleased with her care, her expertise, and how she takes the time to just listen to you and help you. I'm very appreciative of all the staff that helped me that same day when I visited the office as well, and would highly recommend anybody to see Dr. Taival for any GYN concerns and future treatment for that ,as well. So, please let her know this. Very, again, very happy to be a patient of Dr. Taival. Thank you so much.
