Robert L. Jordan, Jr.
Mr. Jordan has served on the Parrish Medical Board, in numerous capacities, since 1998. He is chairman, president and CEO of Genesis VII, Inc., a procurement, engineering, logistics and construction services company. Mr. Jordan has more than 32 years of experience in the Aerospace field at Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Savannah State University and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. In addition, he is a certified professional manager and facilitator. Mr. Jordan served as Chairman of Brevard County Schools and Chairman of the Titusville Chamber of Commerce for many years. Mr. Jordan is chairman and president of Viera Charter School in Viera, FL where the educational and athletic facility was named in his honor in 2020. He is former Vice Mayor or Titusville and was a recipient of the 2021 Business Laureate Award for Junior Achievement.

Stanley Retz, CPA
Mr. Retz has been a certified public accountant for more than 40 years providing tax, accounting and financial advice to businesses and individuals. He has also provided wealth management, investment and retirement planning through Retz Financial, Inc. for over 24 years and is a real estate investor and licensed Real Estate Broker concentrating in commercial and higher end residential properties.

Herman A. Cole Jr.
Colonel Cole was appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2000. Colonel Cole earned a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Science from Tuskegee University and is a Vietnam veteran. Colonel Cole has an extensive background in directing, managing, and administering large, worldwide construction projects. Upon his USAF retirement he became director of facilities management and visiting professor in Engineering at the University of Dayton in Ohio.

Elizabeth T. Galfo, MD
Dr. Galfo is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician with St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care, and served as the Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director for the organization from 1997 to 2020. Dr. Galfo has served as a member of the Parrish Medical Center medical staff since 1993. Dr. Galfo received her MD degree from Oral Roberts School of Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She completed her Internal Medicine training at City of Faith Hospital in Tulsa, serving as Chief Resident throughout her third year of residency. Dr. Galfo practiced medicine as a Major in the 4th Medical Support Group at Seymour Air Force Base, North Carolina, during Desert Shield/Storm. Dr. Galfo is a certified Hospice Medical Director and holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Maureen E. Rupe
Ms. Rupe has an extensive background in public service, including president of Partnership for a Sustainable Future; chair and board member of League of Women Voters; charter review commission member for Brevard County 2003-2004, Brevard County Land Procedures and Policies Committee; and president of Brevard British Club.

Billie Fitzgerald
Ms. Fitzgerald has been a Titusville resident for 38 years. She is a real estate broker/salesperson and has been involved in various civic organizations, including the City of Titusville Housing Authority Board, Florida Federation of Garden Club's Environmental Camp for young boys and girls, Titusville Garden Club, and the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, among others.

Ashok C. Shah, MD
Dr. Shah has been practicing Internal Medicine in Titusville for the last 27 years and is currently in private practice. He is on the active medical staff at Parrish Medical Center and works with the three local nursing homes providing care to the residents there as well as VITAS Hospice care. He is currently active with the Brevard Indo-American Medical/Dental Association as their Sponsorship Chair and has served on their board in many capacities including serving as a past President for the organization in 2006.

Billy Specht
Mr. Specht is the current General Manager at The Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort. In this role he is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the covenants and standards of that community and to preserve/improve property values. Prior to this role, Mr. Specht held positions as the Executive Director at YMCA of Central Florida and Director of Education for Delaware North, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Mr. Specht served on the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for four years, and was Chairman of the Board in 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Queens University of Charlotte and a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Webster University Space Coast.
