Housed in the historical Taylor-Dunn home, the mission of Jess Parrish
Medical Foundation is to inspire philanthropy and volunteerism in support
of Parrish Medical Center’s mission of Healing Experiences for Everyone
All the Time®. Our role is matching an individual's charitable interests
with the needs of the hospital and the North Brevard community. While
many individuals give to support the hospital's greatest needs, we are
happy to talk to you about other needs and ways you can make a difference
in the health and quality of life of our community.
Interest is what drives donor involvement with any kind of giving –
be it time, talent, or treasure. Our current funding priorities are in
the following categories:
Providing Health and Wellness Services for Our Community
We help ensure our community is maintaining healthy, independent lives
with a variety of health services and programs.
Helping Future Generations Reach Their Full Potential
We’re investing in our future by awarding medical scholarships to
students who will one day provide healing care to our community and helping
our children reach their full potential through programs and services
offered not on the parents’ ability to pay but the child’s need.
Supporting Cancer Care
From mammograms, cutting edge diagnostic tools and a focus on education
and prevention, we’re providing medically necessary services and
life-prolonging treatments to those in need.
