Temporary Closure of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing

On July 18, 2025, Parrish Healthcare announced the temporary closure of its Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing while the landlord, The Inland Group, works to fix the building’s HVAC system. “The health and safety of our patients and Care Partners remains our highest priority,” said Parrish Healthcare President/CEO George Mikitarian.

• October 31, 2025: Parrish Healthcare Announces Phased Reopening of Titus Landing Location
  • Parrish Healthcare is pleased to announce the beginning of a phased reopening of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing. Following progress in facility repairs, by the owner, The Inland Group, portions of the first floor of the building have reached a stage where it is safe to resume limited healthcare services.
• October 20, 2025: Public Service Announcement | Update: Temporary Closure of Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing
  • Parrish Healthcare shares a status of the HVAC system repairs at Titus Landing, provided by the property's landlord Inland Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, based out of Oak Brook, IL. The public service announcement includes contents of the email received from the property manager's Vice President and Regional Property Manager, shared with permissions.
