There is no phone communication with the office staff. I have been trying to reach them for almost two weeks to get a prescription. They have not responded to me or to Publix pharmacy to make corrections to the prescription that was sent to Publix. When I was in the office Friday the tenth I complained that they only have three choices on their phone and then hang up. "No problem" they said, here is a phone number. They don't answer that number either. I am still waiting for the medication.

Everyone was cheerful and eager to answer any questions I had.
