I believe getting an appointment should be right on the need of the patience. In this medical gruop it does not work like the way it should be. When I need to see my primary doctor I just need it . This facility has to let the patience see the doctor whenever they need. It's so troubling on that matter. I do not believe when having a primary care doctor that we have to go to clinic like MedFast where the attention is very mediocre......

The staff and dr Bucolo are amazing. I pray I never have to find another doctor anytime soon. I have referred people to him and they have been very pleased also. It does sadden me the location in Titusville has closed down. Thank you.

Dr Paul Bucolo is an outstanding provider. I am very pleased with his care and disciplined work ethic. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful and consistent in the high level of care he provides to his patients. He even inquired about my mental health which really touched me. Overall, Dr Bucolo is the best doctor!

Most of my experience was quite fine, but I did call days before my appointment and asked for a call back, but never got a call back regarding my appointment and the blood test, etc. I was unsure about several things regarding that. I never got a call back, they said within 24 hours. That was the disappointing part. I went ahead and made the appointment and everything went fine from there. But that's the only thing. Thank you.
