Dr. Navas is by far the best OB and always listens and takes his time with you. However, the office staff is kind, but they are so unorganized and I waited over an hour because they put me in as a new patient and I was not a new patient. So it was super frustrating. I also had other people that were sitting beside me that were seeing another care provider that had been there for an hour and a half and had not been seen because they forgot about her. And then when I go out to find a nurse to give a urine sam
