The staff there was all really nice and the x-ray technician was great. The podiatrist himself was in a very big hurry and talked very fast and didn't really want to listen and he didn't really have the best bedside manner or personality. I think I'm going to look for a different podiatrist next time.

Office staff is extremely personable, friendly, and excellent. Dr. Lubitz is phenomenal. His personality, the way he handles the patients. I'm very pleased. My wife and I are both patients there. He's excellent, and so is the staff.

I really liked Dr Lubitz. He listened, even asked several times if I had any more questions, which unfortunately that is very rare now a days. The only downfall is he doesn't do surgery. I should have asked when making the appointment and not just look on google, that was my fault. But I am so very happy I saw him and feel confident in what he said I need. The office staff were very nice too.

My only complaint would be that the receptionist at the glass window there just didn't seem dialed in on what they were doing.

    First visit, a bit brusque

My experience has always been one of caring. Especially once upstairs. Can't say the same about the front desk anymore. At best, it has gotten worst in the past several years, and I have come to this facility since it opened, due to its convenience as to where I live and appointment availability to my days off. I say this because I am a medical receptionist and know the importance of taking care of patients and being the first face they see when they first enter your facility. They are your impression wall,
